I took and replaced the VSS and still no improvement. Could I be looking at broken wiring due to moving the loom around to reroute it correctly. The history of car is that it was apart before I bought it to replace drivetrain and the wiring and some of the other lines were routed incorrectly. Thanks in advance to everyone.
