I have used Accufab SBTB single blade throttle body with matching plenum ,both ported by Stiegemeier . I will include brand new set of gaskets , mounting/nuts bolts and used TPS sensor

used ported Accufab polished inlet plenum
used TPS sensor with bolts
new gaskets[ throttle body to plenum, plenum to supercharger , plenum to IAC]
new mounting bolts [ 4 bolts -throttle body to plenum , 4 nuts -plenum to supercharger
