I have 2011 gt putting on h&r ss springs , ordering vossen cv7 20x9 and 10.5 I want a sticky rear tire for the rear to hook the twins, I looked at nitto nt05r 315 35 20 for rear with some nitto nt05 in front. Worried if it will clear the 315 35 in rear with the h&r ss? Any recommendations front and mainly rear fitment with the vossens

Also not really building car for straight line only performance , would still like to handle on back roads too, just don't want to spin all time with the twins

Toyo R888 would be a good one to look into. Softer compound Autocross style tire, but works alright in a straight line as well. Friend of mine put them on his GTO (just shy of 500whp) and he likes them. Dailys the car too.

315/35/20 will not fit properly on a Vossen 20x10.5 when lowered. Not enough offset. I believe they're in the mid 40's.
I run a 315/35/20 Invo on a forgestar 20x11 F14 +55 and its a tight fit with my Eibach Sportlines. You'd have to go with something closer to +55, a smaller tire, or less agressive springs.

You'll like the Forgestars. Great fit and finish. Pretty good value too.

I'm running a 275/35/20 on the front 20x9's. Perfect little bit of rake.

I believe American muscle is now offering 20x9.5 as well.

I'm in the same situation as you are. The R888's only come in 315/30r20 and 285/35r20 for 20 inch sizes. I'm going with forgestars as well and I'm currently redoing my suspension with koni yellows and sportlines. I'm not sure if the Toyo 315's will fit with our drops. Does anyone know?

I recently acquired some True Forged Super Sport wheels with 305/35/20 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial II's on the rear.

So far, I have put about 1K miles on them and I am very impressed with how hard they hook on the street.

The 305 MT's should easily fit on a 10.5" wheel and I cannot imagine another 20" tire having better traction on the street.
