stereo gurus please help

I want to put a double din pioneer avh-4100dvd player in my truck because the flip out one i have crapped on me. so this one is solid fixed it looks awesome but for some reason the opening in our trucks dont look like it will fit...i have seen lightnings with this but wanted in put from everyone. give me some insight on what is required

never thought double din would show up anything...also people ask questions that are directly based on their specific needs thats why i posted a question in stead of searching thanks all and thread can be deleted now
