Really just depends what they have done to there suspension, some high rollers run coil overs, some use aftermarket springs with or without isos, and some are cheap and just cut their springs lol another option some use is air bags so they can set their stance to their preference, low for show or high for drives

How cobras get that stance I would love to have the same stance on my mach 1!!

I think it has a lot to do with tire sizes these guys are running:

Stuff some 335's out back and you'll have a very similar look
