How cobras get that stance I would love to have the same stance on my mach 1!!

Really just depends what they have done to there suspension, some high rollers run coil overs, some use aftermarket springs with or without isos, and some are cheap and just cut their springs lol another option some use is air bags so they can set their stance to their preference, low for show or high for drives
I think it has a lot to do with tire sizes these guys are running:
Stuff some 335's out back and you'll have a very similar look

275/40R17 is what I have all the way around on mine
I'm running 235/45/17 up front with 315/35/17 out back

Not to low but something that is noticeable as a nice stance
Is the first number in these the width of the tire and if so what is it measured in? I know it isn't inches but what is it?
315/35/17 = 315mm width, 35mm profile height, 17 inch wheel size

Seems you are correct. My whole life I thought it was the sidewall height in mm. Damn.
