I’m fortunate enough to have things like a lift, tools for machining, etc. Basic fact is that its piss poor that we have all become accustomed to having to “fix” brand new things. The hard earned dollars we spend on a product don’t come easy. I for one am tired of the lazy, arrogant, non-caring attitude of a lot of companies. It’s even evident in the post above from the SW employee… “If you had to deal with the amount of people we do an a daily bases and deal with some of the question we do then you wold understand.” I don’t care if you get asked a hundred times a day the same question… it’s your damn job buddy! It’s called customer service! People earn the right to call you with a lot of questions when they pay you a thousand dollars for some bent pipe! It’s your responsibility to handle each one with respect and in a timely manner. That, my friend, is customer service.</p></blockquote><p></p>
