Does anyone have a stage 5 midplate from stieg. I was thinking of getting one but have not heard anything of how good they are. They are claiming more low end torque and for the price is not bad.

I do. I got mine from a user on here. It does seem to add a little bit of TQ, the seat of the pants dyno was happy.

Here is my plate, if the pictures show up lol.

I had my blower sent off to get the stage 5 port with the mid-plate and when rick was installing his new intercooler core(which kicks ass btw ) he found that the welds had broke off. I have not noticed any decrease in power since its been off.... actually I think i gained half a pound of boost, but that could be from the intercooler.

I had one made for me locally. I'll be a/b testing it in another month or so on a friends dyno. No tune changes or anything (until after I see what happens first). I'll let everyone know what I find

Yea, the welds broke on mine, fixed it locally, then shipped it back. Aparently some plates were thicker than others and the welds had to be redone.

Steig was really great about it, and never gave me any greif.
