Does anyone have a stage 5 midplate from stieg. I was thinking of getting one but have not heard anything of how good they are. They are claiming more low end torque and for the price is not bad.

I do. I got mine from a user on here. It does seem to add a little bit of TQ, the seat of the pants dyno was happy.

I had my blower sent off to get the stage 5 port with the mid-plate and when rick was installing his new intercooler core(which kicks ass btw :beer
he found that the welds had broke off. I have not noticed any decrease in power since its been off.... actually I think i gained half a pound of boost, but that could be from the intercooler.

I'll be a/b testing it in another month or so on a friends dyno. No tune changes or anything (until after I see what happens first). I'll let everyone know what I find
Yea, the welds broke on mine, fixed it locally, then shipped it back. Aparently some plates were thicker than others and the welds had to be redone.
