i have a 03 terminator, that is getting a built 2007 GT short block, (kellog crank manley rods and -14cc pistons), with ported 5.4 Navigator heads. my question is, what kind of piston to valve clearance issues if any am i going to run into? not a whole lot of info out there. my assumption is, if a stage 3 cam will work in a stock engine(which i have no clue) i dont see me having any issues, unless my pistons have a smaller dish in them. any input is appreciated. thanks-jim

i just put some stage 4 crowers in my 03. has stock pistons. had to adjust the timing a little bit from what was recommended on the cam card, but i have about .110 ptv clearance. just take your time when degreeing them

ok cool sounds good! so in theory i should be ok, being that the crower 4's have a butt load more lift and duration. thanks.
