Hello my fellow MACA brothers.

I have a problem with a squeeky belt on my 03 Cobra.
It has a 2.3 whipple with a 3 upper and 4 lb lower.
The belt squeeks badly and I was told a Good Year gator back belt
Will cure the issue. Does any one have a belt size number
And where I could order it?
I tried searching but to no avail.
Any help will be appreciated.

check your all your pullies are in alignment of each other. If one is set back too far , as in my case it was the alternator was set back and needed to be shimmed with washers to bring it out. Very simple fix.

can you read the part number on the belt you have? If so google and it see what the length is listed as, call somewhere that sells gatorback belts and tell em to find you a gatorback close to that length (make sure to specify 6 or 8 rib, dont know what you guys run)

Like everyone else said, switch to a gatorback if you do not currently have one on there.
