Squeaking Noise Possible TOB? Video inside..

Hey everyone my car started squeaking. I originally thought it was the belt or pulley until today. Its gotten louder and I noticed the noise disappears when I touch the clutch pedal. I don't even have to push it in that much. I'm assuming its the throw out bearing ? I put in a new clutch and flywheel in September and completely forgot about the throw out bearing. Could be. Also sounds like the clutch pedal is vibrating but I'm assuming you already eyeballed that while idling.

Today wasn't that bad out so I lifted the hood and when I moved the clutch cable the noise stopped. So I adjusted the clutch quadrant and it seems like the squeaking stopped. :shrug:
