What is the best all around lowering springs. I have a 97 convertable. The previous owner lowered the car 2" but the ride is extremly harsh, it bets the hell out of you. I've already replaced the shocks and struts. Any help would be appreciated.

I got ford "c" springs on my vert and they're fine.

H&R race or super sports.

I have H&R race and they are awesome. I dont find them stiff, id actually prefer a stiffer spring.
