I am thinking of trading front springs with a friend who has Eibach sport line's and I have H&R SS springs

I want to raise the front of my car back up, which spring has the higher ride height?

Also I have no iso's right now and I was thinking of getting MM ploy iso's how much would the raise the ride height in the front

From what I understand, the MM isos will raise the car about 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch compared to stock isos.

The H&R SSs are known to ride really low, but then again so are the Sportlines. I'd say it's probably a toss-up between them.

When I removed the stock isos from the rear of my Cobra, the ride height dropped about an inch. So theoretically, your front end ought to raise up about an inch if you install stock isos. I'd start there, before trading springs, especially if you like your current springs aside from the ride height.
