Spring question

So going back maybe 15yrs I installed H&R SS springs on the old vert. I'm ordering a set of Bilstein B6 set-up from maximum motorsports.

Question... Should I refresh the springs also? Car has maybe 20,000 miles and possibly 14,000 are on springs.

I wouldn’t unless there was an issue with the current springs, you could put in new isolaters if you still have them in

Aren't B8 struts and shocks recommended for lowering springs?
