Spring Isolators?

I will be installing the H&R sport springs tonight with the spring isolators. I can figure out where the donut looking part of the spring isolator goes, but I don't know where the red tube like peice goes. Does it slide up the spring to absorb road vibrations? Any insight on where the tube peice goes would help. The package did not come with any directions. Thax in advance Mike

it goes on the bottom of the spring. Just lube it up and slide it on. You will see how it is setup when you take the stock springs out

this may be a dumb question but i just ordered the h&r sport springs and was wondering if i need these isolators
