When installing spring hangers do cut the emergency brake cable bracket?

are you talking about the hangers that are on the rear??
Removal and installation of the front leaf mount does not require the cutting of the brake cable. Just unbolt the bracket and pull to the side.
They don't have hangers in the front of the truck.;-)
