Speedcal Reading Too Low

I recently had my rear end completely rebuilt and I went with 373's, so I got the speedcal. I had all this professionally installed at Gaunt's Performance in Agawam MA. They said that they installed it correctly and it has power going to it, which it does, but for some reason it's reading way too low. The dip switches are correct and everything seems fine, but it's only reading about 20mph in 5th gear at 2500RPM.

Should I return this and get a replacement or might there be a simple cause for this inaccuracy? There are two switch banks, but the instructions say to only modify the switches on the bottom bank (to 1001001000). The bank at the top only has the first switch up and the rest are down. This is driving me nuts.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

call them and make sure the other switch bank is correct, cause I had that problem when I got mine. Car wouldn't run right, and didn't read correctly, its cause both swtich banks were messed up, I called Dallas Mustang and they got me straight
