So I had a busted axle shaft seal and checked the local parts store (oreillys/advanced) for replacements. Both came up with part number 100357.

Tore everything apart and come to find out this is not the correct part by a long shot. Called another parts store (carquest) and they listed 714569... but it came up for a 7.5" IRS!?

And yes, I could've got it from ford but I didn't want to wait for shipping since it was leaking pretty bad.

Center one is for 28 spline and right one look like a pinion seal 8.8

You can find a ford racing kit of axel bearing and seal for 25$

Negative - both the OEM and the National (Carquest) seals have the exact same inside diameter.

And yes - but I couldn't find that locally. This is just a heads up for anyone else who looks up replacement seals at Oreillys/Advanced or something.
