SPEC TOB are they any good?

Did some searching and most people say use frpp tob, but my clutch comes with a tob, couldnt find much on the Spec's tob for our cars. Ya'll give me some input if you have run the spec or just any advice. thanks

i have the spec stage 3 clutch with the spec throw out berring... and i know 15 other people who have that... and the spec throw out berring WHINES after awhile... its annoying at shit... get a new one other than specs TOB... now there clutches... they kick ass

My Spec throwout bearing made a noise from the beginning. Do yourself a favor and buy a Ford bearing to use when your ready to swap clutches and sell the Spec to some moron on Ebay.

Are the Spec TOB's really that bad? I just ordered a Spec 3+ kit so it would be good to know.
