I'll be installing my new clutch tomorrow and in the kit was a spacer that I assume is for the slave cylinder. Ive tried searching and found scattered info about this shim. Is it required for installing a 2011+ P trim (SFG5PT-3) on a 2011? The only info I could find said it was for 13 and up cars. I have a new 2011 slave part number DR3V 7A508 AB 3196-2. Hopefully ive got the right stuff. I would hate to do this process 2 times. Since you're the spec guru around here im hoping you can shed some light on this problem for me.
Also, I have a new OEM pilot bearing. Are they pre lubed from the factory? Or do I need to grease it?
