I have a 97 e250 van with a 5.4 it blew out the #3 sparkplug. Are the pi heads the ones that have more threads and does anyone know where i can get some cheap? Cause the motor is gonna have to come out anyways and we might as well replace the heads with the better ones. Any help would be appriciated thanks.

The newer the head, the better..
You could always just install helicoils and be done with it since your taking the engine out anyway..
thay would be cheaper..

The Timesert seems to be the repair option of choice for an ejected plug. Of course a whole new head is the ultimate repair, but a rather expensive one.
