It's time for a tune up and I would like some opinions about what spark plugs, wire sets, and cap & rotor sets people are using. I was gonna get Motorcraft plugs (non-platinum), Motorsport cap & rotor, and Motorsport 9mm wires. I am trying to go the inexpensive route, but I also want the car to run good. Any advice/opinions will trully be appreciated.

i am confused. i pulled the plug again and the part number on it is Motorcraft Platinum AWSF32P. In the Mustangs Unlimited catalog it says 93-95 Cobra AWSF32C: AWSF32P is listed for 99-02 GT.

 :??:

The only difference is the copper (AWSF32C) and platinum (AWSF32P) plug. They are the same thread and heat range.

FWIW I had AWSF 22C's in my Cobra that was supercgarged. That is a colder plug than the stock Cobra plug which is the AWSF32P.

I would not recommend platinum plugs for supercharged cars.

I would go with a copper plug and is one range colder.

Yeah, but I don't have a supercharger or plan on ading one any time soon; so I think platinums will be fine for my car.
