Can anyone give me any input on what they think of My plug color
Seems kind of off to me
99 cobra
Vortech sc
93 pump no octane booster

Do they all look like that? How many miles? Are you using any oil? I don't think they look bad personally.

Only pulled 1 as a quick reference check
Was going to open up my gap a little considering it has been running good for years and just recently seemed to be idling kind of rich
maybe 3000 to 5000 miles unsure exactly tr6 .032 gap
As far as I can tell I'm not using any oil

I'd pull a datalog before doing anything else. Make sure what you think it happening is actually happening.

Would them being "dirty" effect anything should I clean them up while there out ?

A new set is like ten bucks, put some in and check them after a couple drives.

It looks like they might be a little rich and i wonder if the orangish color is from some octane booster being used a long time go but not since (electrode and end of plug is not orange at all)

Are you using a Vortech FMU? Do you have a wideband O2?
