spark plug trouble

this sucks big time.i was racing a ls1 ram air tonight ,beat him about 2 and a half cars from second gear to 140 mph.but the first time we ran i hit my rev limiter,but i ran him 2 more times after that,and the car was still running fine.went to get some gas ,and the car start sputtering.got home to find out my plug shot out.so what can i do,because this is a fr500 head.can i get it rethread.need some help,please.

Did it strip the threads out or just work its way out? If they are stripped its going to have to be helicoiled at a minimum..

it stripped about the bottom three threads,but will the helicoiled hold up it is a high compression motor

Yeah. Cobra/Lightning guys do it all the time.
