Spark Plag Torque?

What torque should I install my new plugs at? I have had a densecharger on for 10,000 miles and a 3.10 for the last 6,000. I will put NGK TR-6 on. I'm thinking to gap them at .036 - .040 (not sure yet - still reading posts about this). I am installing my Magnaflow cat-back today and have never even looked at the plugs. It's about time. I'll use anti-seize on the threads. Any other hints would be more than welcome.

Torque the plugs to 15nm. Torque the cam cover bolts to 10nm. Gap the plugs to 0.040.
