spare tire skinnys?

well i got my hands on a spare 17 inch wheel and tire and was wondering if i can mount on some stock size spare tires that arent for just temporary use only as i dont think the track inspector would like that very much.

does discount tire have any tires in that size...i think its 155/55/17.

they aren't rated for that kind of speed.....
