Yeah, he's referring to either that or Holts Terminal down at the end of Kings St and Essex (right on the Camden border).
The Coast Guard base is just North of Market St on King St. There's also a real nice back drop in Brooklawn (the next town South from Gloucester City) off of Broadway on Timber Blvd / Paris Ave. They have a park at the end of the street that overlooks the river with Citizens Bank park and the Linc visible in the background.
I live 5 minutes from there and used to work in Brooklawn. Brooklawn also has the Delaware Valley 9.11 Memorial which is AWESOME and right in the middle of town on Hanevig ave. Not a ton of space for a bunch of cars, but its right in the middle of a circle and there is room for 20 or so cars. If you live near there and haven't seen it, you should. It's a outstanding monument / memorial to those that lost their lives and those that are currently fightning in the war on terror and 9.11
