Theres a group of mustang guys that meet up in wichita on almost a weekly basis. I use to go up and take pics with them, but havent in a year or so. Plan to start attending them again soon. Typically its a meet and greet, then out to dinner, then out to Kansas international dragway...
Thats a clean car you've got there man! Welcome to kansas! haha
...The only sticker she'll ever wear...
What squadron you coming to? I have been stationed at McConnell for almost 4 years. There are a quite a few mustang owners on base. I know of 4 cobras, 2 saleens, 3 roushs a sh!t load of 5.0s and a couple GT500s. Even got a few lighnings too. We don't really all hang out though:shrug:
AMXS...sorry! I was the Specialist Flight Chief there for 2 1/2 years. Welcome to drama central!!! What's your AFSC and rank?
Love your car buy the way. It kind of sucks because now I have to cross that color of my list of potentials. Now i am down to silver. Kona was 1st then sterling grey. Now there will be one of each on base. When you get here if you have to go to FTD, I'm the Detachment Chief so stop on by.

HYDRO!!! Well i guess us hydro guys have good taste in rides. Couple other hydro mustang guys at AMXS too, one has a 07-09 Roush and the other had a red 11-12 GT500 but i think he got rid of it. His wife still drives a white 07-09 CS though. One of the backshop guys had a "10 gt500 for a while but i think he has a kona 5.0 now...if he's still here. I worked C-130s for 11 years and then became in FTD instructor for 5 years before i came here 4 years ago. I can't really tell you what KC-135s are like beause i was a MSgt when i got here and never really worked it, but i know hydro is pretty busy with the boom and MPRS. Didn't mean to bumb you out. It's not that bad. They just b!tch alot.
I'm from Salina. About an hour from Wichita and there isn't much of any of us hanging out together sadly.
