Luckily I had alerts set up and noticed a $2,600 payment that they tried to send.

Chase hasn't really done too much, so I figured I'd post up the info that the person left in the account just in case they were stupid enough to put their real info.

They tried to send a $2,600 ACH payment to

Rachel Davis
1613 Robin St. Las Vegas, Nevada 89106

Looked it up in google maps and it looks like a real address
1613 Robin St. Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 - Google Maps

This cell phone number was added to my contact info on the account.

786-340-7489

It's a Dade county Florida area code. I haven't had time to call it from my Google Voice # yet since this all happened yesterday.

I was hoping that some people out there could work out some SVTP magic and find out some more good info.

There are 4 Rachel Davis's in Vegas on Facebook.

whats good is banks are required to protect/insure personal bank accounts from hackers. but not so with business accounts. i transfer all my business funds to my personal account and then transfer it back as needed. its a PITA and some times i forget to do it in time and it leads to an overdraft :bored: nothing like an OD fee when you have the funds sitting right there :kaboom:

Maybe it was by accident? They could have been off by a number while trying to do the transfer?

I doubt it. They first requested an access code to login. I thought it was the business manager so I forwarded it to their e-mail. I believe that had access to that account, because as soon as I sent the e-mail, the payment was sent.
