Some Ricers deserve respect

A buddy of mine (not this car) is really into 240's. He was showing me some vids and this happened to be one of them, Its a 240 running the factory KA (not a SR20) block and is supposedly making around 700rwhp with full interior. Not my type, but it definitely deserves respect.

To me, it's not considered rice. I was just looking for a catchy title.

However, there are some people on this forum who see any import as being rice. I apologize for any confusion.

Ricers have no power adders (s/c, procharger, turbo, etc) basically the only thing they bought for their car was every Walmart accessory they could find.

6 sec.(16-22 watching) reaction time would mean he would get beat by a 15 sec. car = FAIL

But fast car none the less. any car that runs bottom tens is fast anything slower is just quick. IMO

I think people are definitely over-using the word 'Ricer' these days. To me a ricer isn't necessarily a particular type of car but more of a mentality of the driver who believes his car will will destroy all cars on the road because of his 'MOD' of choice, extreme and over the top body kits.
