A buddy of mine purchased the first S550 in MS this past Wed. He was able to snap a few exhaust system pics and I thought I would share them. Factory cats. As you can see, the passengers side is easily unbolted from the header and has the same type of slip clamps as the "11-"14's have further back close to the rectangular whatever the heck that thing is. The other (drivers side) is permanently welded to the header. This will take some extra work from the after market for replacement upgrades. Complete exhaust system shot. As you can see, there are no longer any over the axle pipes, so simply swapping out a solid rear axle will require exhaust fabrication as well. I've seen no word yet, whether the center rectangle thing is either an H-pipe or a 3rd converter, but with heat shielding, I can only guess it's a 3rd converter of some sort. I'm sure someone will post pics of it torn apart soon. I just wanted to share these so everyone can get a feel for what's going on underneath. I hope they help. Patrick
