As the title says...comes with all mounting hardware/brackets/shocks keys for the locks etc. It is oxford white.... here it is.(excuse the gay antenna..... it came off shortly after that picture, lost mine on the way up to bts and needed a radio to cruise through the mountains lol and was the only one they had!)
