I recently purchased a methanol injection kit for my 2000L, but i'm undecided if that's is a good mod for my truck? any body running this kit, aprr. how much hp and tq gain???alot of maintenance???too much extra hp to handle?

I have pretty much every bolton, and i'm running appr. 15+ boost on ported eaton on stock block, is this the right choice for next mod?

All it does, is let you run more timing, since the Meth adds octane.. Its been said that it is hard to tune as well.. Also, what happens if you up the timing, and somehting happens with the meth pump? Just my .02

Renato- I have the Snow Stage 2 MAF kit installed. I had it dyno tuned by RWTD and he refused to work with it because he said there's no gain. His point is that you can reach MBT on 93 pump alone. Our I/C is so efficient that the Meth doesn't drop IAT2's. It also makes it about a point richer so it will need to be retuned.
