Sniper Tuning?

anybody have a sniper tune on their cobra or know someone who has? Not really familiar with them but through a friend i can get a full dyno tune for my car with sniper software for $300.

Any input would be appreciated.

i dont have a heavily modded car but i would just like to get it to run smoother if possible, i know its running rich due to the off road X w/o cats. and some other things

As long as the tuner knows his stuff the software won't matter.

I'm sure it's good for a n/a'd car, but have a buddy with a modded 03 Cobra and the shop using Sniper could never get it right. They have since changed to SCT. I think it really just depends on how much the shop knows about the adjustability of the programming. If they are very experienced with it they can use the Commando software and really dial in your car with Sniper's client support. But if they are using the base level programming, you could do the tune yourself with it...no need to pay a shop unless you just want the dyno results.
