Sniper tune for deleted imrc and short runner intake?

My next project with this car (96 cobra) is making a short runner and imrc delete, since I live in central america, we don't have any reputable tuner for fords around here, no one has the software to do so anyways, so i would like to know who can make me a "mail order tune" that I can put on my car with special forces, I don't have comando to do so, but i do have special forces to upload the tune, plus how much would it be for the tune? It most be someone like amazon or a reputable tuner, or what would you do? THanks

You would want tuner that would read a datalog, make a tune, re-datalog and finalize the tune. I would contact Jon Lund of Lund Racing. He was able to make me an email tune when I first put the blower on. He tunes SCT though.
