Smoked Headlights and Tailights or Covers

Have a question? I am blacking out my 03 cobra; I’ve already got the wheels black, now for the headlights and taillights. I am debating whether to buy dark smoked headlights and taillights or just buy the covers. I’ve seen the covers and I like the way they look but I just don’t want to mess with taking them off at night to see. Money isn’t the issue here I just want to go for that Murdered look.
Or can I buy Lights that will shine through the covers?

IMO I see the covers as a cheap band-aid fix. Do it right, do it once is my motto.

every site ive seen with the headlights and taillights from American muscle ppl say that they dont line up right and for the tailights says will fit cobra but need to have a GT wiring harness for it to work.
if you got any other sites i would like to know? thx
