Slow site

I have been on this site for some time now. I know there has been a ongoing problem that has been looked at a couple of times in the past with how slow it is.I go to other forums that have just as many members online at one time as this one that are not near as slow.I love this site but this is getting old.Please get it fixed.

+1 What server set up are you guys running? What hosting company? How can the members help? I work for www.theplanet.com we are a webhosting company...I think something can be managed.

Yeah it is popular, but I am with the first guy...I frequent other forums with 3 times as many members and they work flawlessly...

I want to know who the host is and I want to know how the members can help this.
