I'm going to see them July 31st at Blossom (near Cleveland). Then Aug 2nd at DTE energy theater in MI. Blossom is an outdoor ampitheater that is pretty killer. I saw Iron Maiden there last summer. It's worth the 3 hour drive in my book:rockon:

Last time I was second row right up front at the stage. I'm going for up close seats again. The first time I saw Slayer was for the South of Heaven tour in 89 or 90. It was at Harpo's in Detroit. It was a rough crowd. Some guy jumped up on stage and Kerry King kicked him in the back off the stage. Instead of the people in the crowd catching him, they all moved out of the way and he fell all the way to the concrete floor about 6 feet down. Imagine a 6 ft swan dive to the concrete. It was the loudest concert I've seen also. My vision was blurred from the noise and my ears were blown out for a while.
