Anybody else use it? We signed up yesterday and its awesome! $5/month for VOIP phone service. Cant beat it. You can get it for as little as $2.95/month if you want to call phones, we pay $5 for that and to have an actual phone number so people can call us (free if you just want to make "calls" to other Skype users). Beats Verizon, At&t, and all the others wanting $40-50/month... :banana:

We use the free video service to talk with family in AZ. It is great. Beats the heck out of paying for long distance phone calls plus we get video to boot. Lots of fun also.

yes I use it, but only b/c i'm in Japan. We have other guys here that know nothing about computers and spend 200+$ a week on calling cards. But I spend my 40$ a year or w/e it is and talk all the time!

Same here, Kinda. We use the free video svs to talk to my brother in law in Tokyo and my wifes family in Washington state.

I use it to call home from the sandbox. It costs me like $2 a month to call anywhere in the states. It's a pretty good deal, but at least from here, voice quality is a bit lacking.

I use it all the time when I am travelling overseas. Its so much cheaper and you can talk longer. I used to run up $1000 cell bills but no more of those now.

the voice quality scales with your connection speed. I've had it sound like a regular phone with no delays, and i've had it be choppy with a few seconds delay.

i use majic jack. It is about 30 dollars a year and has all of those things. It will also e-mail you the voice mails that you get which is cool.

I use it to talk to my G/F makes being apart much easier as it fills in face to face time between the weekends we cant see each other....I think its one of the only reasons our relationship survived

I haven't really used it but my buddy who is up in Chicago playing football uses it to talk to his girl back down here in Tulsa..
