This kit will fit on C-headed 4V cars for sure, it may or may not fit on B-headed cars, will bolt up to stock 03-04 cobra manifolds(not included) turbo has a fresh rebuild from Precision, cold side is routed to be used with a sullivan intake(for sale on another ad here)

most of the cold side in shown on the picture of the intercooler, there is one other tube that has the maf in it and the a rubber elbow that mounts to the throttle body, these are the only pics I have of the kit on the car:
