Simple photoshop skills needed!

I'm making a platoon leaders book, but the pic I found for the cover is a little off. If its possible I need the SSG rank changed to SFC rank, all it needs is another rocker at the bottom, and the gold rope changed red since we're artillery! Any help would be GREATLY appriciated! Thank you!
