2003 Metallic Silver Ford Mustang Cobra

Location: Newton, WV

Price: 18,000

DON'T LOW BALL ME. 18 is more than fair. 16 is a slap in the face. Salvage title cars bring nearly that much.

Not really looking for a trade at the moment.

Clean title in hand with original window sticker.

VIN: 1fafp48y23f433348

Car has just under 34,000 miles.

Production Number: 7295

I am the 3rd owner and have a copy of a clean carfax, if you’re interested in the carfax I will email it. I can’t get it on here for some reason. I purchased it from an older gentleman near Charleston, WV in January of 2012. He purchased the car from Chicago Motor Cars in 2009. I don’t know any history before that other than only one person owned it and they were the one who did all of the mods. Chicago Motor Cars didn’t have any information to provide, I tried. I do know it was sold from Hines Park Ford Inc. in Michigan.

I also have a copy of the Ford OASIS report showing the warranty work that was done.

Mods include:
-Stiegemeier Stage 3 Ported Blower, Plenum, and TB
-Diablo Mafia
-KB Boost a Pump
-Cold Air Intake
-Powered by Ford Coil Covers
-Aftermarket Heat Exchanger Fluid Tank
-HIDs in stock housings, only low beam
-Lowering springs
-18 inch Black with polished lip FR500's 275 Front 295 Rear with good BFG KDW
-Kenny Brown Extreme Matric FLSFC
-Flowmaster catless H-pipe with Flowmaster Mufflers
-Atuometer Lunar Series Boost, Oil Pressure, and Coolant Temp on the A-pillar
-Short shifter
-Fluidyne Heat Extractor
-Spec Clutch
-Slotted and drilled rotors
-K40 Electronics built in Radar Detector
-Aftermarket security system. I don't even use it though.
-MM Rack Steering Rack Bushings

There might be some smaller things. The body and interior are both in great shape. The rear seat does have a couple of burn holes but they are small and can be fixed. The body has some stone chips. I have pics of all the flaws.

Is my price not fair? I am only getting low ball offers? Has the value dropped that much recently?

My goodness.

I think it's a good price, but you should have started at 20k or so then accepted bid at 18k. I believe you have a very fair price, but people like to feel they "got you down" on your price. It's like paying sticker at a car lot.

This is just an idea/my opinion and could be stupid to everyone else. I think there is some validity to it though.

I did have it a 20k and still got low balled at 16k.

Maybe I'm just being impatient.

I'm sure the right buyer will come along. If I knew for sure I could get financing I'd come take it off your hands, but as of now I still owe on the ol 2V. Can't wait to step up to a Termi!
