You link to it from the internet to here. The format is like this but take out the * from the brackets. You can also post pictures from the internet using the [*img][/img*]. Don't forget to remove the * though.

i really don't understand. Can you explain it to me hin detail how i take a picture that i took that is on my hard drive and put it in my signature. I am clueless.

In order for you to put a picture in your signature you need to have that picture hosted somewhere on the internet. Your ISP may offer webspace so you can host your own files and or pictures. Once you get the picture hosted it will have an address like everything else does, something like http://yoursignaturepictureishostedhere.com/pic.jpg. You link to that picture using the

I just made an aol homepage with my picture and the link is http://hometown.aol.com/grgfact/myhomepage/profile.html so my pic is hosted there.

so my code will be http://hometown.aol.com/grgfact/myhomepage/profile.html[img] right?
and where do i put the code

The address of that picture is [url]http://hometown.aol.com/grgfact/myhomepage/cobra1.jpg[/url] so to link to that picture you would use [*img]http://hometown.aol.com/grgfact/myhomepage/cobra1.jpg[/img*]. If you remove the * from the brackets it will show up like this

[img]http://hometown.aol.com/grgfact/myhomepage/cobra1.jpg

I made this pic for you. Go ahead and upload it to your site somewhere. Once you do that you can link to it and then you'll have a sig pic!

You were using the wrong address. It is http://hometown.aol.com/grgfact/myhomepage/newcobrasmall.jpg. I went ahead and adjusted your profile to show that pic.

I've been trying to get a pic from my homepage to show up in my sig, but all I get showing up is a red x. My homepage is:
