How do you get these side mirrors off without breakin shit, their all plastic on the inside by the speaker, and i dont see any bolts, do they just pop off?

Pull the speaker grill off.Just the grill area, not the pod.
After you pull the grill off you'll see how to remove the speaker pod.
Once the pod is off, you'll see the bolts that hold the mirror on.
The process shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
I think the mirror bolts are 10mm. I forget, it's been a long time.
