So...I went to Lowe's, bought a 25-foot hand propelled auger snake for $35 and did it myself. I took my time, was methodical, and made sure to do it right. Meanwhile, the "professional" was in and out with my money in 15 minutes. SMH</p></blockquote><p></p>
