Shory vs Long tube headers

Hi i was looking at some headers for my truck! which is better to go with long tube or short tube headers??

IMO shorties would be a waste of time to install it would be a minimal gain. the long tubes are prob going to be a pain in the ass to install but itll be a larger gain over the shorties

+1, +1 on both, just ordered a set of lt's and o/r x for my d/d. the stock 87 sh*t is falling apart, just as well buy what i want.
