Shock question

Whats the difference between an Irs shock and a solid axle shock?and would i be able to put a solid axle shock onto an irs?

The IRS shocks are valved for the stiffer springs of the IRS (much stiffer!) - so no they don't interchange. There is a reason they are for totally different applications.
