I've got pretty big plans (assuming my my car doesn't break along the way), I will be working about 30 hours a week and taking 12 hours of school. My only expense right now is insurance and gas, so I am going to enjoy it while I'm young and put all I can afford in to my car. This spring I am gonna start with my suspension (Springs, struts, sfc's, strut tower connectors, solid subframe bushings, thicker sway bars, polyurethane bushings all around). Then this summer when I am out of school and working full time I'm gonna bust my ass and get all the overtime I can, so I can start on the transmission and engine. I guess I'll see how everything works out as I go along, and don't worry preventative maintenance is figured into the budget too.
If you go that route on your suspension be ready for a rocky ride!!! Mine 93 ATX with Tokicos/Eibachs & SFCs was very stiff ride. I was going to pu the solid SFB in there too, but that would only make it worse. My suggestion is to ride in one first and see how you like it.
