Shifter question

What the part number for the Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter that fits out 93 Cobra's ?

Is it 555-7353, and is getting one locally for $100 a good deal ?

He says its about 2 months old and it looks it.

You need one that fits the T5/T45 I came up w/Steeda # 5557353 when looking on the Steeda home site. I looked on 50resto and they list the part# 5557351 (might be an old # ?)

Thats what I found too.

I picked it up last night and on the shifter its self it shows 997-0101.

The kid I got it from had it in a 03' Roush V6 car, the window sticker showed that it had a T-5 trans in it, after looking on a few sites and seeing it fits in that car as well as mine from the application.

Ill let you know later today or tomorrow, I need to go get some bolts for it. I think the stock ones will be to short or will they be ?

Its in the car and I didnt even have to remove more than the snap plate over the shifter. I worked the metal plate through the opening.

I will take it for a test drive when I take my son to football practice in a few hours.

After the offical road test it works great.

The quick shift to 3rd was never so easy.
