Does anyone know of a shifter boot that could be bought/made that would expose my new tri-ax shifter handle and not cover the whole thing up like the stock one. Pictures appreciated.

I have seen pictures of a guy who put the stock shifter boot over the shifter "shaft" then put the handle over the shifter boot.
With that being said, don't do it, just put the shifter boot on normally.
