shifter bolt question

my steeda tri-ax came with new bolts to bolt the shifter to the trans. im taking the shifter out and putting my stock one back in the car, but i don't have the stock bolts. can i use the ones that came with the triax, i thought i remembered them being shorter.

You can try.
If you find they don't work, size up what you need and go shopping at your local Home Depot. Take one of your bolts along to match diameter and thread pitch.
Get some thread locker while you're at it.
